I've photographed elopements that have anywhere from 2 to 20 guests in total, and I've shot elopements where it's just the bride and groom and I get to be one of the witnesses who signs the marriage license! An elopement is a great way to celebrate with your closest family and friends and eliminate a lot of the stress and planning.

The Niagara region has always been a popular spot for weddings, Niagara Falls itself is known as the honeymoon capital of the world! And in the past few years elopements have really gained popularity with couples who want to get married but want to keep it small and intimate.

Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake have become popular vacation destination spots for couples who want to get married. there are so many locations to choose from. Some couples like to get eloped right in front of Niagara Falls and have the waterfall as a backdrop. Others use some of the beautiful parks like the Oakes Garden Theatre or the Botanical Gardens, and others even have their elopement ceremony on the Hornblower boat while Niagara Falls is roaring just a few hundred feet away. And then historic Niagara on the Lake offers beautiful parks, vintage hotels and some of the most beautiful wineries and vineyards in all of Canada.

Often times I end up being the first person a couple contacts when they are planning to get eloped. I've photographed well over 100 elopements around Niagara and I will gladly give you various tips I've learned throughout the years. I also can give you recommendations on different locations around Niagara to have your ceremony or where we should go for photos after, and I can give you recommendations on different vendors from ministers, flowers, makeup & hair, and restaurants to have a small reception or dinner after.

I offer three elopement photography packages. They range from 1 to 3 hours in length but they can all be customized. Sometimes a couple needs 1.5 hours instead of 2 and I will gladly customize a package for you. All of my elopement packages include the fully edited high resolution images in both colour and black and white of each image. Once everything is edited, I'll upload your photos to an online gallery to make it easy for you to download your images or share easily your elopement with your family and friends. And of course, I'll offer and tips or advice you may need so you can have the best experience getting eloped here in Niagara.
