White Oaks Wedding - Niagara on the Lake

Jen and Dan's wedding took place last month at the picturesque White Oaks resort in Niagara on the Lake. With their guests coming from all over the US and Canada (Dan mentioned to me that every guest had booked a hotel room besides those traveling in an RV), both families gathered to celebrate Jen and Dan's love. The day itself unfolded with a happy and calm vibe despite the threat of strong thunderstorms north and south of us.

Their wedding party was a unique blend, consisting of their three daughters. They held their ceremony outside in the gardens at White Oaks and there was a mix of laughter and tears throughout. Photographing Jen and Dan with their guests and families was a joy. Everyone was happy to celebrate them and the laughter never ended.

We headed off to the Botanical Gardens in Niagara Falls for some additional photos and then headed back to White Oaks for the reception. The dancing, the food, the speeches and the kissing game were some of the best I have ever witnessed.

It was so much fun to be the photographer for Jen and Dan's wedding. The two of them are beyond a doubt some of the nicest and most down to earth people I have had the opportunity to work with. And seeing how happy they make each other and how much they care for their friends and families was a great thing to experience.
