Kurtz Orchards Weddings | Victoria and Ryan

One of the most memorable weddings I have ever photographed. Victoria and Ryan journeyed from Toronto to have a late summer wedding at Kurtz Orchards Weddings here in Niagara on the Lake. They both got ready at the charming Gracewood Estate, nestled within the Kurtz Orchards grounds. It's beautiful inside and it provided a stunning backdrop for their getting ready photos. Victoria looked gorgeous in her wedding dress and Ryan cleaned up nicely in his tux!

For their first look, we selected a picturesque wooded backdrop. When Ryan turned around and saw Victoria for the first time, a broad smile lit up his face. The two shared a special moment as they embraced before the ceremony began.

Following family photos, the wedding party and I ventured off to explore the grounds further. Everyone was delightful and we captured some amazing and hilarious moments. Returning to Victoria and Ryan, it was evident how happy they are together and it was effortless to photograph them. They couldn't stop smiling and holding each other.

Their outdoor reception at Kurtz was beautifully decorated. The food was fantastic and they even had a band for the dancing. As the night drew to a close, I noticed that we could faintly see the Milky Way and I asked Ryan and Victoria if they'd let me experiment with some night photos. I'm glad they agreed because I captured my favourite wedding photo to date with the backdrop of a thousand stars while they shared a kiss!
