Kathryn & Bryan's Beautiful Honsberger Winery Wedding

This past summer, Kathryn and Bryan celebrated their wedding at the stunning Honsberger Estate Winery in Jordan Station. They opted for an intimate wedding with their closest family and friends. It was a perfect summer evening, setting the stage for a truly great day.

Personal Touches & Thoughtful Details

I arrived early to capture the little details that made their day special. They would be having their reception inside the barn at Honsberger and it was decorated beautifully. One of my favorite touches was how Kathryn and Bryan incorporated their love for travel by including a small sign of different mountains they have visited to mark which table was which. I love when couples include unique, personal elements like this!

A Ceremony to Remember

Before the ceremony began, I took some photos of Bryan and his family as guests started to arrive. One of the things I appreciate about photographing weddings at Honsberger Winery is the dedicated outdoor ceremony space—it's such a picturesque setting. Everyone took their seats while they waited for the ceremony to begin and for Kathryn to walk down the aisle. I then noticed that a few guests stood up near Bryan. I knew something was up and a few moments later they began singing a Beatles song for Kathryn to walk down the aisle to! In my 16 years photographing weddings I had never seen this before. I loved it! And shortly afterwards everyone joined in, creating one of the most unforgettable moments of my 2024 wedding season.

Golden Hour & A Joyful Celebration

After their heartfelt ceremony, we took a mix of family portraits, candid shots, and couple's photos around the grounds at Honsberger before they headed inside the barn to celebrate. The love and joy in the air made for some incredible photos, and it was an absolute pleasure to document their day.
